Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Technical/Project Engineer for co-ordination with customer for project management inclusive supply, install, monitor, test and commission
- Provide maintenance, servicing, servicing call, support solutions and system upgrade
- Provide friendly customer service and maintain good relationship with customers
- To prepare report to supplier on defects units-problem, cause and solutions
Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate in Electrical/Electronic with or without experience
- Fresh graduate or at least with 1-2 years of working experiences
- Basic knowledge of Computer Information Technology
- Required Language: Chinese, Fair command of English
